Making the tea in the office is not everyones cup of tea . . .oh dear that sentence didn’t go well at all, but I think you understand what I mean. 

It is always difficult when someone in the team just doesn’t fit.  The challenge is what to do about this.  Are they a “Bad Penny”? Someone who is mis-shapen and worthless?
